Paver sealing service in fort myers, Estero, Bonita springs and gateway

The beauty of brick and concrete is best preserved by a quality protective sealcoating process. We restore full color and vibrancy from pavers starting with a thorough cleaning of dirt and organic growth of the surface with eco-friendly chemicals and a high-pressure wash. After power washing, we then install new supporting joint sand between the pavers in a meticulous technique to ensure the sand is in optimal position to support the bricks and secure them from movement and disposition over time, as well as to prevent weed and plant growth from sprouting between the cracks.

After pressure washing and replacing the joint sand, we then apply our high quality water-based paver sealer, creating a strong, protective layer against oil staining, sun damage, tire marks, fading, and many more types of diminishing factors that would accumulate on your pavers and concrete over time while simultaneously enhancing color reflection and vibrancy of the surface.

We offer different options of the number of layers applied which increases the level of vibrancy, shine, and protection given to the pavers.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: How long does the sealant last?

A: Our standard of two layers for patios and 3 layers for driveways will last up to 3 years depending on the amount of sun that the area gets exposed to and the level of acid rain that we receive during the year

Q: After we get our pavers sealed, how long are we supposed to keep off the surface?

A: We recommend waiting one day post-treatment to walk on it, and two days to drive onto it. This way, the sealant with have ample time to dry and cure into the bricks instead of being peeled off by shoes and tires.

Q: I can’t see the new sand in between the pavers, how come?

A: Another great question, it’s actually a common misconception that with new paver sand installed, you would see the color of the sand from between the pavers, similar to that in how grout is for tile. That case would actually show an improper job. Professional paver sealers leave space for the sand not to show from the top as to preserve the effect of sealing the joints. If the sand was filled higher than the standard 1/8 inch deep in the pavers, the applied sealer would not be able to adhere to the exposed grains pieces of sand and would chip off easily, leaving the joints to unsealed and allowing for weeds to come through and grow, creating gaps and disposition to paver formation over time.

Q: What’s the point of sealing my pavers?

A: Great question, while pavers are a great ground surface for driveways and patio areas, they’re prone to weathering, stains, and organic buildup over time. With a high pressured wash and a sealcoat that effectively polishes and protects your pavers, you’ll have outdoor flooring that looks spectacular and maintained in perfect condition for years.
